With a long time affinity and interest for Wellness through Natural healing art’s, Casandra felt compelled to deepen her experience through formal training’s & study’s. Graduating with a certification in Holistic Health in 2013 as a Usui Tibetan Reiki Practitioner and In May of 2014 she completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Holistic Health Program at FRCC.
Casandra continues to pursue an understanding of Yoga, self and others through practice, teaching and continued educational training’s. Such as completing Yin Yoga training offered by Joshua Summers at Fresh Yoga in New Haven Connecticut in 2015, Yoga Nidra certification with Jeremy Wolf of Samadhi Yoga in Denver Colorado and Meditation Teacher Training with Om Ananda in Fort Collins Colorado.
She approaches each class & student with a genuine, caring open heart and mind, encourages students to be where they are in their own journey of yoga. Helping students to get in touch with confidence that naturally resides within them to discover their edge to move deeper into themselves and their practice.
Casandra has a deep love for good quality life. Enjoys practicing Yoga, Aikido, mindfulness, hiking, walks, bouldering, life, learning, meditation, archery, dance, reading, music, yummy food, a good cup of coffee, minimalism, travel, being out doors, nap’s, breathing..etc!
She teaches Yoga and Meditation classes through the City of Fort Collins Recreation Department, UCHealth (Aspen Club) and Front Range Community College Fitness Center.
